Jonathan Glazer Flake ad

I put that up on this blog about three years ago.
I then received a stern email from someone threatening legal action if I didn’t remove it.
But if it’s been on Vimeo for two years they must have chilled out about it.
I hope.
How did it do in research? I need twelve fuckwits from Saffron Walden to tell me what to think.
Me likes.
Louie Spence in a wig with some red paint.
Wrong, creepy and transgressive, so utterly inappropriate for the global bland management that we’ve got to work within. Audacious, truthful (in the relationship with the product sense, not cod-giallo demons dancing round flames) and 20 years ago, would have been the staple media buy on every horror and arthouse movie campaign. ‘Stakeholders’, Social Media and The Daily Mail have seen to that. Frankly, I loved it. The hasty substitution of Kate Moss in a floating bed of tripe was simply shit.

batshit crazy but I really love it. He is so meth-head twitchy and I have always liked flake fellatio shots.
Anyone know who the creatives were on this? I want to buy them a drink.
Glazer did this with Walter Campbell.
Out of Saatchi and Saatchi London.
Makes it even more apparent how conservative TV advertising – and the industry – has become.
Can you post the stern letter they sent you? What wankers.
It just said:

Anyone knows the track they have used on this brilliant ad?
