A couple of good articles I didn’t write

This one is all about what makes a good CD.
(By the way, Peter Souter once told me that a good CD is the opposite of a good creative. The latter has to be really selfish while the former has to be really selfless. Perhaps you have a selfish CD. Perhaps he is therefore shit.)
And here’s another article by the same dude, Felix Unger (although that may not be his real name, unless maybe his parents were big fans of The Odd Couple):

Thanks for the post, Ben. As always. Part 2 of how to sell creative work is live if anyone wants the remainder of this advice: http://www.thedenveregotist.com/editorial/2010/july/22/how-sell-creative-work-clients-part-2-2
Piss poor take-up on this one. Why do you reckon it is? Schools out?
This is not a reply to this post, but this may be of interest to you and worthy of a post. It says that Old Spice sales are actually down 7% since the current campaign started…

This is a follow up to my comment that has nothing to do with this thread… some other source is saying Old Spice sales are up. I dunno.

Brian i’m nt surprised about the old spice sales dropping. When you ask anyone what the ad is selling – they say old spice aftershave when infact it’s bodywash. The guy is even in the showe at the beginning and peoples recolection is it’s aftershave. So i wouldn’t be surprised if the bodywash sales have dropped and aftershave has iadvertantly increased slightly.
