It’s the Creative Circle Awards Tonight
Posted in Uncategorized
I’m rather looking forward to it.
It’ll be full of advertising greats, with entertainment provided by Paloma Faith.
That’s good, but I’m even more pleased that it’s on at The Roundhouse, which is 10 minutes walk from my front door.
And my Water Water Everywhere ad has been shortlisted, so maybe some more people will see it and stop drinking so much bottled water.
If you haven’t seen it, here it is (please lean forward and give it a kiss for luck, even though there’s no such thing):
And rather than thank everyone involved again, here’s a link to my original post about it, which mentions every single one of them.
GOOD COMMERCIAL ALERT!

Please change ‘It’ll be full of advertising greats’ to ‘It’ll be full of advertising twats’.
Thanks.
Nice one Ben. Good luck and revel in your evening with the twaterati. Much easier when you are nominated, takes the bile down a notch or two.
Good luck. x
Cheers. See you there. x
I like your ad, I do.
I *really* like your movement. It’s ballsy and proactive.
But some really cynical part of me thinks they nominated it to get exposure for their award show. I hope that isn’t insulting?
I see DM giant Rapier won a gold for design.
How did they manage that?
Sorry. Cynicism over. I’m sure nobody with equity in Rapier had anything to do with the results.
Creative integrity all the way. 🙂
Because the juries aren’t really the *organisation* as such, I have my doubts. Besides, I wrote a CC post earlier on in the year, before judging took place.
But you never know…
In the end I couldn’t care less one way or the other.
Drink tap.
