Everything we do matters

This is a fascinating documentary made by Tom Shadyac, the director of Ace Ventura, Liar Liar and Bruce Almighty. He went looking for the answer to why we’re here, interviewing many interesting people along the way.
The answer he found is that we’re all connected in ways we may not even be aware of, so if you don’t give much thought to the way you live your life, here’s an opportunity to spend 80 minutes doing just that.

I am reading that you (British people) are not happy about BBC TV coverage of Queen’s diamond jubilee.
And what about CNN this is priceless orgy of fun: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/06/05/jon-stewart-cnn-diamond-jubilee-video_n_1570348.html
Thanks Ben, this was amazing. I feel different after watching. I feel a bit guilty about starting a career in advertising though. How do you feel about helping people buy more after watching that?
I think that what Apple sells helps people in lots of different ways. Yes, the products cost money, but Apple’s products are the closest thing I know to a public service corporation. I feel much better working for them than I do for all the beers, chocolates and cars that I’ve worked for in the past.

I agree on the Apple front to a certain extent. But I meant in the future. Would you go back to the beers, chocolates and cars?
I’d rather not. I mean, who knows what the future holds, but I’d like to stay with Apple for the rest of my career.
