Conflict always results in one of four people winning:-
a) the most senior person getting their way.
b) The person skilled at talking over everyone else getting their way
c) the person willing to keep stating their opinion over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again getting their way.
In short, the psychopaths.
Watch them forget that it was their idea immediately it goes tits up.
Anyone who says “Tension” is automatically a cuntox.
I love Sullivan. He makes being a creative feel fun again… for about 5 minutes till I have another conversation with an account man who says “the client loves your idea but wants it to just be positive…”*
