The new Creative Circle Annual

It’s a USB stick with all the work on it.
Makes a nice change, and you can view the TV.
Quite creative, innit?
D&AD, the gauntlet has been thrown down.

Will it cost less?
Dunno. Anyone from CC reading this?
Is the contents deletable?
Can you eat it?
You can’t beat having an annual to
flick though / pour over…simple as that.
eye candy. ha.ha.ha. im funny like that
Is the contents deletable?
Obviously a copywriter…
Who gives a fuck about annuals anyway?
It’s usually only saddos and the teams who are never in them that are always looking at them.
If you want inspiration, you’re better off going for a walk.
Anonymous… how about doing both, looking at annuals and going for a walk?
Twice as much inspiration.
Idiot.
So digital has killed bookshelves now… great
I can guarantee they will still release a proper paper annual.
I work for Trevor Beattie at BMB as Head of Innovative Projects and it was us that put this annual together with the help of TAG Creative for the Creative Circle. Answers to your questions… Yes it is a lot cheaper producing it this way rather than printing. No the contents are not deletable. No I’m afraid you can‚Äôt eat it, we did look at producing it this way but decided it would be too messy. It‚Äôs also worth mentioning that we too loved the printed annuals that Mark Denton produced but we wanted to produce something that represented the here and now as well as do justice to the work within. It was important to us to use the technology that is now available and to allow you to actually watch the TV and hear the radio and we feel we have achieved that.
Re: “we wanted to produce something that represented the here and now” – and you came up with a USB Stick! Ha ha! Head of Innovative Projects! USB STICK!
You’re so 2000 and late…
Nobhead of Innovative Projects. Usb stick it up where the sun don’t shine. Sorry Jeremy, excuse my inner child.
I can’t help but feel Jeremy of Innovation has escaped relatively unscathed.
I think it’s a sweet idea Jeremy
