Nice. Apart from the music and VO.
Better than that 90s Even Angels Will Fall ad (where the endline and VO has to explain to you the obvious metaphor).

axe 2012 is a bloody brilliant idea. for axe mexico. this is great.
no need to say that i enjoyed it until all the 20 year old adolescents turned up. but then, that axe is making you unbelievably attractive is this years old running gag thats probably hard to leave behind. its kinda funny.

Something gives me the creeps about this ad (but in a good way). I think it may be the lines of cramped cubby holes he’s fashioning for the women to sleep in. I expect he felt the same excitement as I did when I was converting my cellar.
Isn’t it just another ‘the women come in droves once he’s sprayed the product’ bore-fest?
i loved the early lynx stuff – remember the over-taken town fake doc viral factory did?
this has had some money spent on it yes but the executions are getting repetitive now.
If you don’t like this, you need to lighten up. And I would suspect your tight assedness is evident in most of your creative output.
Everybody watching it online may know it’s an Axe ad, so they will probably be able to see the end coming. But on TV it would be a total surprise.

This is great, especially because of the music.
Loved it. And love the fact it’s just another “women come in droves” Axe ad. For once a brand isn’t changing it’s strategy every six months.
It’s the same old stuff. But I like the music.
This is how it went with the creatives. If you use lynx you’ll get a threesome. Yeah so you get two women. Yeah over and over again, two by two. Haha it’s like Noah’s Ark. That’s it lets do a 60 sec with a guy building an Ark and women going towards it. Brilliant. No crap.

Don’t see why people are complaining about Lynx redoing the same gag over and over. It connects with their target market and far as they’re concerned, it’s fucking timeless. What’s wrong with that? Not every ad has to appeal to everybody dipshits.
gawd, adrian. dipshit. its not about doing it over and over again, but about the ‘gag’. since it is supposed to be serious. but then every dipshit, except some, knows that it will not make the girls come running. only of late it looks a bit more like they take it the piss out of themselves. and they should continue this road as it connects even better with the average insecure little fucker.
Wooden dumbbells wouldn’t really work in reality becuase they wouldn’t weigh enough.
